Description
I (Stevie, 44) am moving to the beautiful Elfenau on October 1st and am looking for one or two other people to found a shared apartment with me - depending on whether we live together as two or three, 900 or 600 CHF per room
About me: uncomplicated and relaxed, like to be outdoors doing sports, either on foot, with a splitboard, or by bike. Interested in social issues. I like to cook, e.g., Indian curries. I work as a designer for an NGO. In the winter, I'm often on tour in the mountains, usually in my winter shared apartment in the mountains.
I'm looking for: nice people who like to live in an uncomplicated, tidy shared apartment and who would like to celebrate shared apartment life from time to time, whether it's cooking together or just chatting at the kitchen table or doing something together. All Genders Welcome
The apartment: 3 rooms, 77 m², 1st floor, quiet house, two balconies, basement, laundry room in the house. 2 rooms are available, one with 16 m² and the other with 15 m². We share electricity and internet.
The location: five minutes to the Aare and the Elfenau nature reserve, tram 6 and bus 19 in front of the door, 10-15 minutes by bike to the train station. Quiet, green, close to the water.
