Description
We live:
in a spacious shared house, on 2 neighboring houses with a large garden and a courtyard.
The new house and the old press room have been recently renovated with care and attention to detail: out of the 500m2 living space, 200 are private and 300 are for shared use: kitchens, living rooms, library, office. It is located in the small village of Chigny, 2km from Morges but in the countryside (vineyards)
We have an exceptional view in all directions: the lake, the Alps, the Jura, the vineyards and the village center
We are:
all quite different in our training and interests, but willingly share evening meals, participate and cook in turn according to our availability. We appreciate contact and exchanges, we render small services, but keep our independence.
Currently we are 5 adults between 35 and 70 years old and 2 part-time teenagers.
The many common spaces allow for exchanges or the possibility of withdrawing in peace.
Respect for others, trust and kindness are necessary for a pleasant life together.
We offer:
A private room of 20m2 on the first floor of the old press room (including private bathroom)
The use of 300m2 of shared spaces and facilities
The charges (hot water, heating, water, sewage, electricity, Serafe, internet) are included in the rent of 1'200.-
We are looking for:
a person who is looking for more than a room to rent, appreciates the available spaces and exchanges with the other roommates, and wants to share a small part of their life with us.
PS: We have another room available, on the ground floor of the press room, 40m2, for 1950.-/month.
