Description
We are looking for a new roommate for our beautiful 3-room women's shared apartment in Wallisellen. Since we also want to remain an all-female shared apartment, we are exclusively looking for a woman :)
The room is basically available from January 2027. An earlier move-in in October or November 2026 is also possible after discussion. We are flexible with the exact move-in date.
The room is approximately 13.2 m2 in size and is rented unfurnished. A special plus is the private terrace that belongs directly to the room. If you are interested in the bed (without mattress) and the wardrobe, they can be taken over after discussion :)
The spacious 4.5-room attic apartment is located on the 4th floor and has approximately 125 m2 of living space and a total of almost 40 m2 of terrace space. In addition to the private terrace of the room, there is another large communal terrace. Another highlight is the elevator that leads directly into the apartment.
Rent & Costs
The current room rent includes CHF 33.33/month for a double parking space in the garage. One is used by Anina and the other can be used as needed.
Location & Public Transport
Here, the two introduce themselves briefly:
Evelina:
I am 25 years old, have studied business administration, and work as a trainee auditor. In everyday life, I like to be on the go. I enjoy cycling, often do things with friends, and like to come home to relax after work.
I also like to play the saxophone, but I almost only practice with headphones on my digital saxophone (my large, acoustic saxophone in the living room serves mainly as a decorative piece).
For me, the shared apartment is a real home and not just a functional shared apartment. I appreciate good, relaxed conversations about life and always look forward to developing a friendly relationship. Just as important to me is that each person has their privacy and me-time. A clean home and functioning house rules are important to me, but so is taking it easy, having fun, and keeping the living together relaxed!
Anina:
I am 31 years old and work as a professional guardian. In my free time, I like to be active, go to the gym, and spend time with friends. I love doing things and trying new things, but I also enjoy a quiet evening at home. I am an open, warm, and straightforward person who likes to laugh and take life easy. I also like to receive friends at my place, whether for a cozy evening, a meal together, or if they stay overnight spontaneously.
For me, it's important in a shared apartment that you really feel at home and enjoy living together, rather than just living next to each other. I like an uncomplicated and warm relationship where you can have a coffee or wine together, do something together, or just chat. At the same time, I think it's essential that each person has their own space and can withdraw at any time. Mutual respect, a pleasant home, and a good dose of humor are simply part of it for me. In the end, I just wish for a shared apartment where you feel happy to come home and feel comfortable with each other.
Our Shared Apartment Life
We wish for a relaxed, uncomplicated, and warm shared apartment life where you feel at home and enjoy living together.
With us, you can cook together, have a drink on the terrace, watch a movie, or just chat spontaneously. At the same time, each person has their own daily routine, is often on the go, and can withdraw at any time. So, there's - if it happens, it's all the nicer.
We are not a party shared apartment and prefer to keep it cozy at home. Having friends over or a joint evening is also part of it for us. What's most important to us is a pleasant relationship, mutual respect, and a home where everyone feels comfortable.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for an open, uncomplicated, and respectful roommate between about 25 and 35 years old who fits well into this mix and sees the shared apartment as their home.
You should be willing to get involved in shared apartment life and sometimes do things together, but also be happy to do your own thing. Cleanliness, respect, and privacy are important to us - just like a relaxed atmosphere where you can openly discuss things.
If you're not looking for a purely functional shared apartment but a friendly and relaxed living together with enough space, we look forward to hearing from you :-)
