As of 1 October 2026, we are looking for a tenant for our beautiful 3-bedroom apartment in the heart of Lucerne. The apartment is located in a central area on Unterlachenstrasse in the high ground floor of a charming Art Nouveau house. In the inner courtyard, a large, green, and quiet garden invites you to linger. Additionally, the apartment has its own small garden on the street side, which can be cultivated.

The approximately 70 m² of living space are divided into three rooms, a bathroom with toilet and bathtub, and a modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, and electric stove.

The apartment includes a private basement compartment. In the laundry room, a washing machine, tumble dryer, and clotheslines are available, as well as a bicycle parking space in the inner courtyard.

The house is particularly characterized by its central location and proximity to the lake and the train station. The train station can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, by bike or bus in about 5 minutes. The nearest bus stop (Brünigstrasse) is located immediately at the house (about 100 m). For grocery shopping, the nearby Denner branch (about 150 m) is suitable.
