Hello! I'm looking for a new roommate to take over my room in our beautiful apartment in Bevaix as I've had a change in my professional situation.
The apartment (3 rooms, renovated):
- A spacious and bright room is available.
- A large living room (salon) is still little furnished, with a large balcony.
- A fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, hood, large fridge.
- Bathroom with bathtub.
Very quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes walk from the train station (15 minutes from Neuchâtel, 20 minutes from Yverdon). Coop in the village.
Laundry and storage room available in the building.
Life on site:
You'll be sharing the apartment with a twenty-year-old student, who is calm and often absent on weekends.
Pets are welcome! (I had a cat myself).
Simple and accommodating atmosphere.
Financial and administrative aspects:
Rent: 1,310 CHF in total, so 655 CHF per person.
Charges & Extras: Electricity around 80 CHF every 2-3 months (shared), WiFi 20 CHF/month per person. (The roommate pays 50 CHF more for a parking space).
Big plus: The SwissCaution is already paid for the entire year 2026 (no deposit to be paid!).
Conditions of the administration: A guarantor is required (ideal for students or small salaries).
I'm flexible with the move-in date and will thoroughly clean the apartment before my departure. I can also leave some dishes and furniture if needed.
