What to expect:
Our shared flat is located in a spacious house that is currently being renovated and will be ready for occupancy from October 1st. The house includes a large garden, terrace, balcony, and garage. Additionally, there is a bright living room with a large window front, a separate dining area, and an additional community room.

For rent are either a large room with approximately 16 m² or two opposite rooms with approximately 10 m² and 8 m², which are rented together to one person. This means that a total of around 18 m² are available, ideal, for example, as a bedroom and study.

The bus stop is about 35 minutes away on foot and is served at 10-minute intervals. By bike, it's about 5 minutes to Fribourg train station and around 5 minutes to the University of Fribourg.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for open, tolerant, and respectful flatmates who can integrate themselves independently into the shared flat's daily life. Important to us is a pleasant coexistence, where you can happily sit together or do something, but also have your own free space.

Who are we?
We are Joel (28), David (29), and Maira (23) and are looking for two more flatmates. Joel has completed his master's degree in biomedical research, David works in a residential home for people with disabilities, and Maira studies social work.
We like to be active, spend a lot of time outdoors, and enjoy taking trips into nature.
