We (the current tenants, 2 adults and 2 boys (7, 9)) are moving into the apartment next door and will be the future neighbors. We are looking for a family, couple and if it fits also a shared flat (max 2 people) as subtenants. People who like to regularly host wild terrace parties would not fit.
