It is located in a beautiful 3.5-room apartment with a small garden and large terrace in a quiet area at the foot of the Schlossberg. On foot, you can reach the old town or the countryside in a few minutes; within 5 minutes you are on the highway, and 2 minutes from the door, a bus runs to the train station, from where you can quickly reach Aarau (approx. 7 minutes) or Zurich (approx. 20 minutes). If you need a parking space, it can be rented for CHF 110 (underground parking). The rent is CHF 975, including ancillary costs (excluding electricity/internet).
I am a 37-year-old female non-smoker, vegetarian, quiet, and sporty (cycling, yoga, climbing, vita parcours, etc.) and love being in nature. As a balance, I enjoy reading and meditating, do not often have visitors, no TV, and appreciate uncomplicated cohabitation, where we sometimes eat, chat, and above all treat each other with respect. Privacy is also important to me, so everyone has their own retreat.
