New shared flat in Bassersdorf is looking for two female roommates
From November 1, 2026, an apartment will become a shared flat and we are still missing two women who are looking for a new home.

The apartment
Our new shared flat is located in a 2-story 6.5-room apartment in Bassersdorf. With two balconies, a huge living room, and a fireplace, there is plenty of space for joint evenings and cozy Sundays.
Since we are founding the shared flat anew, the rooms are unfurnished. We have not yet determined the exact room allocation, which we can discuss together.

Rent:

• smaller rooms: approx. CHF 600
• larger rooms on the 2nd floor: max. CHF 700
• one room is priced somewhere in between

We are bringing some furniture with us. However, we are still missing a table and chairs, so we would definitely not mind going through the flea market together and putting together our shared flat furniture.

Location:
Approx. 9 minutes on foot to Bassersdorf train station (or about 2 minutes by bike). From there, there are 4 direct connections to Zurich and Winterthur every hour. Commuting is quite relaxed. There is a bus stop nearby that goes directly to the airport.

Who are we?
We are three women, between 24 and 28 years old, employed and/or part-time master's students.
We are not looking for a classic shared flat where you only meet when someone opens the fridge. At the same time, we do not expect to spend every free minute together.
It is important to us that you feel comfortable, can talk to each other, and consider each other. Cooking together, watching a movie, having a drink, or spontaneously getting stuck in the kitchen? Very gladly. But everything without obligation, we all have our own lives after all.
We all like to travel, like to watch Love is Blind together, and two of us like to read fantasy/romance books.
Very important: We have a disabled cat that is also part of the shared flat. Therefore, you should not have a cat allergy and generally like cats. Additionally, it would be important that you are willing to take care of him for a weekend if his owner is away and you are there. Don't worry: you wouldn't be left to do it alone, the other roommates are there too. Absences are discussed in advance, of course.

And now to you
You are ideally between 24 and 35 years old, employed or part-time student, non-smoker! and have a basic understanding that a shared flat is not a hotel. Cleanliness is really important to us. We are looking for someone who doesn't need to be explained how to clean something or constantly reminded that they have a chore.
Otherwise, you are uncomplicated, respectful, can integrate into a group, and at the same time have no problem closing your door and doing your own thing.
