Hello everyone,
I am looking for a subtenant for my room in a shared apartment in Winterthur, available immediately or by arrangement.
The room is furnished, approximately 13sqm, and includes a small personal storage room. The shared facilities include a living room, kitchen, large bathroom, and the entire attic, a basement storage room, and the terrace with a grill next to the entrance. The bathroom has a washing machine and dryer that belong to the apartment. Additionally, there is Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.
You will be living with two relaxed roommates: Nando (25) and Timon (26). This is not a purpose-built shared apartment, so we like to spend time together in the living room in the evenings, watching something or having a beer :)
Rent: 666.65 CHF per month, including utilities
