Hello everyone
We are looking for a subtenant from 01.10. We are searching for a new roommate for our 4-person shared apartment (3 girls) in the heart of Schaffhausen.
Since one of our roommates is leaving sooner than expected, we are looking for a subtenant as of 01.10. If this suits you and you like the rest, feel free to contact us.
Our apartment has a lot to offer: it's a maisonette, has two bathrooms, a large rooftop terrace, plenty of cozy living space with a kitchen on the upper floor, and the four shared rooms are downstairs.
The location couldn't be better: right in the middle of Schaffhausen's old town, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, small boutiques, shopping opportunities, and supermarkets. The train station is within a 35-minute walk, perfect for commuters. Zurich can be reached by train in about 40 minutes, and the German border is also nearby. In the summer, the Rhine and numerous swimming spots are practically right outside the door.
By the way, the apartment's square footage is estimated - we're not entirely sure ourselves. However, your room is approximately 20 m², so there's enough space to make yourself comfortable.
About us: We are three professional women between 25 and 36 years old. During the week, each of us has our own rhythm and we all start our day fairly early. Therefore, we're looking for someone who has left their student life behind and has a similar daily routine. At the same time, we're an open and uncomplicated shared apartment. We value our time together and look forward to meeting someone who enjoys community - without any pressure, just as it suits them.
