I'm looking for someone to temporarily take over my furnished room for 3/4/6 months while I'm travelling, from beginning of November until April (move in and out dates are flexible). The apartment is a cozy 3-room flat in an unbeatable central location, just 2 minutes on foot from the main train station ideal for anyone who wants to live right in the city and get around easily.
The room:The room is approx. 11 sqm and is fully furnished.The all-inclusive rent is CHF 1,200 per month no hidden costs.Available: Nov to Feb (3/4 months, exact dates flexible).
The apartment & shared living:The flat is shared with one other woman. We value a relaxed and respectful shared-flat atmosphere, where everyone has their own life but also enjoys an occasional tea or chat in the kitchen. Cleanliness and order in the common areas are very important, so that everyone feels comfortable at home.For this reason, I am specifically looking for a female tenant, as it tends to be the best fit for the household.
