We are looking for an open-minded and friendly flatmate to take a room in our apartment for the whole month of October (1 month).
About Us
We are Giacomo (32) and Julia (30), both working professionals with an active lifestyle.
Julia works as a sustainability consultant in the building industry. Outside of work, she enjoys being active: playing tennis, spending time in the mountains (hiking/climbing/skitouring), swimming, or slowing things down at home: playing games, cooking, and knitting.
Giacomo is currently looking for a new position in Computer Graphics, loves playing any sport with a ball, creative activities, deep chats, and board games.
The Apartment
Our 4.5-room apartment was completely renovated in 2018 and offers premium modern comforts. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, air fryer, and more. The living room is bright and has direct access to the balcony. The bathroom is spacious, equipped with a modern washing machine and dryer, and features a large walk-in shower.
Location
The location is just great. Near Limmatplatz, in the vibrant District 5, everything you need is right on your doorstep: public transport, cafes, supermarkets. (Coop, Migros, Denner), post office, bars, bakeries, and even the Limmat River for spontaneous dips. It's a perfect blend of urban living and nearby recreation.
