This 4-room apartment is very centrally located and is well suited for commuters, the train station can be reached on foot in about 4 minutes.
From Wil to Zurich HB it takes 45 minutes without changing trains.
School, park, various restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
Migros, Denner, Coop, Lidl are all within a 5-minute walk.
There is even a Coop at the train station that is open 365 days a year.
Swimming pool can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes
A pond with walking possibilities can be reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes.
The landlord is great, if something is wrong, it will be taken care of immediately. There was even a rent reduction over the 2 years, normally it goes the other way...
Washing machine and dryer are in the basement, the tenants sign up themselves in a calendar when they want to wash, there are also parties that have a machine in the apartment. I could basically always wash when I wanted, even if it was very spontaneous.
