Cozy room with approximately 20sqm directly next to the entrance of our shared apartment. Currently, there are 2 roommates, and with you, we would be 3. We have our own laundry tower in the apartment. The large bathroom is shared with only one other person. The location is great - you can reach the Oberwinterthur train station on foot in just 5 minutes. Furniture is not included.
In the shared apartment live Filip and Michel, both 26 years old and bachelor graduates in the field of banking at the ZHAW. Both are very sociable and wish for a family-like shared apartment life, where you don't just live next to each other. We like to sit together in the evenings, eat something together, play a game, or watch something together. At the same time, this is not a must. Everyone has their own daily routine and free time. What's important is simply a relaxed, open atmosphere where you feel at home and enjoy spending time together.
