We are looking for a new roommate for our spacious 4.5-room apartment with 125 m2 in Ittigen. The larger shared room with 15.6 m2 is for rent. The room is bright, quiet, and faces south.
The apartment offers a lot of space and spacious community areas. The heart of the apartment is the very large living and dining area with a leather couch and 75-inch TV. Additionally, there is a fully equipped kitchen with shared storage space, two bathrooms with shower and bathtub, a very large balcony, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a cellar and storage room for shared use.
The rent is CHF 850 per month. This includes . Therefore, there are no separate costs for these services.
A parking space in the garage can be rented for an additional CHF 95 per month if needed.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Ittigen near Bern and is well connected to public transportation. The bus stop Ittigen, Aespliz is about a 5-minute walk away, and the tram stop Papiermühle is about a 10-minute walk.

About us and our shared apartment life
We are professionals, uncomplicated, and do not want a purely functional shared apartment. At the same time, everyone should be able to live their own daily life and have the opportunity to withdraw at any time. We value a pleasant balance between community and personal freedom. Sometimes cooking together, having a drink, watching a movie, or spontaneously doing something, but without obligations.
What is particularly important to us is openness, mutual respect, empathy, and consideration. Order and cleanliness in the shared areas are also important to us for a pleasant and relaxed coexistence.

In our free time, our interests are diverse. These include salsa and other sports activities, drone flying, SUP, and swimming, excursions, travel, reading, wellness, or simply cozy evenings at home.

Recently, two young male cats have also joined our shared apartment. They bring more life to the apartment. Therefore, you should like cats and feel comfortable with two young animal roommates.

Who we are looking for
We are ideally looking for an open, sympathetic, uncomplicated, and lively person between about 20 and 40 years old who values considerate coexistence and feels comfortable in a well-maintained and tidy apartment.
It's not important to us that you have exactly the same interests. Much more important is that it's a good human fit, we can communicate openly with each other, and everyone feels at home in the shared apartment.
