Hello :)
We are looking for a new person to join our 5.5-room apartment in Flamatt from November 1st. Your future room is marked in pink on the floor plan, has approximately 10.1 m² and has a built-in wardrobe outside the room.
The apartment is super convenient: it's about a 5-10 minute walk to Flamatt train station and from there it's about 15 minutes to Bern or 20 minutes to Fribourg by S1/S2 train. Everyday life is also easy, with Migros, Denner, and Migrolino about 3 minutes away on foot.
What else does the apartment offer?
The shared apartment includes:
* a large garden shared with our landlord
* a small hut at the entrance that we also use as a balcony
* an attic compartment
* a basement compartment
* a washing machine and dryer in the apartment
What's life like in the shared apartment?
You'll be living with Thomas (25), Minh Tri (24), and Mélodie (25). We're a pretty uncomplicated and open-minded group. We like to do things together, but it's not mandatory.
For example, we play darts together, watch a series, have a beer pong night, or just hang out and have a drink.
How much you want to participate in the shared apartment life is completely up to you. What's most important to us is that everyone feels comfortable with each other and communicates openly.
And of course, our furry roommates can't be forgotten:
Hina, our house cat. Her hobbies: running away, playing, and meowing.
Leilani, a Bolonka Zwetna (hairless). Loves going for walks, playing in the garden, and cuddling.
Bonita, also a Bolonka Zwetna. Her specialties: going for walks, sleeping, and eating.
We're not planning to have any other pets, but we can consider it depending on the animal and the situation.
Who are we looking for?
Whether you're a student, working, or something in between, we don't really care. Age-wise, we'd imagine someone around 20-30 years old.
What's most important to us is that you fit in with us and the shared apartment and are looking for a relaxed, uncomplicated living situation.
