In our spacious old building apartment, a beautiful room with approximately 20 m² of living space and its own balcony is becoming available. The apartment offers a total of around 125 m² of living space and is located in a house with several shared flats, where an uncomplicated and pleasant coexistence is lived.

The apartment includes:

• Large room (approx. 20 m²) with its own balcony
• Two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub)
• Washing machine and dryer directly in the apartment
• Separate basement compartment
• Attic
• Rooftop terrace with grill, table, and chairs for shared use in the house

The apartment is already well-equipped. A large part of the kitchen equipment and inventory, as well as other items such as a sofa, vacuum cleaner, etc., belong to the shared flat and will remain in the apartment even in the event of a tenant change.

Special situation
The shared flat will be completely newly occupied by the end of December. This offers the new main tenant the opportunity to shape the future shared flat and develop it according to their own ideas.

We would be happy if the person moving in would like to take on the role of main tenant.
