I am renting out my bright room in a beautiful old building apartment on Scheuchzerstrasse in the popular district 6, limited until the end of January 2027. An extension is highly likely.
The room is spacious, bright, and has balcony access. The balcony is shared with only one other person. Additionally, there is a beautiful large communal garden. The location is great: quiet and yet central. The city center is quickly accessible, and at the same time, you can also quickly reach the Züriberg.
There are 5 roommates in the apartment, all very nice, uncomplicated, and helpful. In the entire house, most residents are young people in their 20s. If you want, you can socialize well with each other, and at the same time, privacy and withdrawal are also respected. A large kitchen, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub), as well as a washing machine and dryer are shared.
Location & connection:
Migros & Coop: approx. 7 minutes on foot
Tram: approx. 5 minutes on foot
Rigiblick cable car: approx. 7 minutes on foot
Zurich HB: approx. 15 minutes on foot
The reason for my move is that I am moving in with my boyfriend. Therefore, if interested, various pieces of furniture can be taken over cheaply.
