Our Résidence Ô Talent welcomes tenants with AVS / AI in adapted and protected apartments since August 2019.
It is intended for elderly people who wish to stay at home as long as possible or for people requiring specific support. Residents benefit from a shared room to share supervised activities or simply to meet neighbors in order not to feel isolated.
Résidence Ô Talent is part of the Structures d'accompagnement médico-sociales (SAMS) of the Fondation Les Châteaux (www.leschateaux.ch).
Our structure includes 31 adapted apartments as well as the Medical Office of the Moulin de Cugy and the Physio & Therapies du Talent office. It is served by a bus stop (60m) connecting the city center of Lausanne and located two stops from the center of Cugy and its many shops.
Each of the 20 apartments with 2.5 rooms includes:
- A living room of 30 m2
- An open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer
- A bedroom of 14 m2
- A bathroom of 4 m2 with an Italian shower
- A terrace or balcony of 12 m2
