A furnished room is available for subletting from September (possibly October) in an apartment located in Renens, Lausanne. One-year contract, renewable
The apartment is close to the metro (5 minutes on foot) and in 3 stops you are at EPFL and UNIL.
The current tenant lives in the apartment. She is a very nice, pleasant and respectful lady, who also works, so she is often absent during the day. She loves music and makes a piano available. A bike is also available. She has a very nice dog.
Rent: 830 CHF/month, including charges
Conditions according to UMS contract
The conditions for renting the contract are:
-a certificate of studies/doctoral student
-two months payable in advance, i.e. 1660.- (first and last month of rental). The lease is for a fixed term of one year and can be renewed from year to year.
Available from September (possibly October)
Fully furnished apartment, with dishes and necessary equipment
Visits are of course possible to discover the apartment and meet the tenant.
