we are looking for a subtenant for our beautiful and exceptional maisonette apartment with 4.5 rooms in the heart of Winterthur as of 01.11.2026.
The apartment offers a lot of space on 136 m² and combines modern living with an exceptional room layout. The entrances to the individual townhouses are located in a closed and quiet inner courtyard, which, despite the very central location, offers a pleasant atmosphere. The apartment also includes a small terrace with sun protection.
In the entrance area, there is a wardrobe. The heart of the lower floor is the spacious, open living and dining area with kitchen and an impressive ceiling height of approximately 6 meters. Due to the high room height and the open gallery, an exceptional sense of space is created. On this floor, there is also a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The open spiral staircase leads to the upper studio or gallery. From here, three more rooms, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet, and a storage room with its own washing machine and dryer can be reached.
