From December 2026 we are looking for a new tenant for our spacious and bright 2.5-room maisonette apartment in Gattikon, as we are moving into our own home.
We have felt very comfortable in the apartment and are only giving it up due to our move into our own home. The apartment impresses with its modern construction, light-flooded rooms, and pleasant living location. Due to its division as a maisonette, it also offers a special and spacious living feeling.

The apartment offers, among other things:

Ancillary costs & heating
The ancillary costs are calculated rather generously as a deposit. We have therefore always received a corresponding part of the paid ancillary costs back.
From 01.01.2026, the heating costs will also be billed based on consumption and no longer based on the living area, which means that the actual ancillary costs may be even lower in the future, depending on individual consumption.
The apartment is very well insulated. We ourselves have hardly needed to use the heating so far and have also had a pleasant room climate without heating.
Furniture takeover possible
If there is interest, some furniture can be taken over for a small price. This is, of course, voluntary and not a prerequisite for taking over the apartment. For us, it would make the move a bit easier, and maybe one or two pieces of furniture will fit perfectly for the new tenants anyway.
Location & surroundings
Gattikon is very well connected in terms of transportation and offers all shopping possibilities for daily needs. At the same time, there are various recreational areas in the immediate vicinity.
The SZU train station Langnau-Gattikon can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. From there, the S4 runs regularly directly to Zurich Hauptbahnhof. The Thalwil train station can also be reached by bus or post bus in about 10 minutes and offers very good connections to Zurich, Zug, and Chur.
For nature and sports enthusiasts, the surroundings offer numerous possibilities, including the Wildnispark Zürich with the Tierpark Langenberg, the Gattiker Weiher and Waldweiher, as well as various sports and leisure activities.

Availability & viewings
The apartment is available from December 1, 2026. Since we are moving out on November 30, 2026, due to our move into our own home, we are looking for a suitable follow-on tenant in this way.

If you are interested, we look forward to a short message and a few details about you. The interested parties will then be forwarded to the landlord. The examination of the documents and the final awarding of the apartment are carried out by the landlord.
