We are Selina and Nadine and will be moving into a beautiful 4-room apartment in Chur on October 1st. For our new 3-person shared apartment, we are now looking for a third roommate who wants to build a relaxed and beautiful shared apartment home with us.

Your room is 12.8 m², bright, and will be rented unfurnished. You can furnish it according to your taste.

The rent is CHF 524.- per month, including utilities.

The apartment has a total of four rooms. In addition to our three bedrooms, there is a common living area and a balcony where you can spend cozy evenings or simply enjoy the sun with a coffee.

The house also has a communal washing machine.

The apartment is located at Ringstrasse 97 in Chur and is very practically located. The train station, old town, shopping opportunities, and the University of Applied Sciences are within a few minutes' walk.

You would be living with Selina (22) and Nadine (24). We are both studying Multimedia Production at the University of Applied Sciences Graubünden and are very much looking forward to building a new shared apartment together.

We value an uncomplicated, relaxed, and friendly cohabitation. We don't want a purely functional shared apartment, but a home where you like to come home, meet in the kitchen or living room, chat, or spontaneously do something together.

We also enjoy the quiet and cozy moments at home: joint reading evenings, a coffee with a good book on the balcony, or long summer evenings where you just sit together and let the day fade away.

At the same time, it's important to us that everyone has their own free space and can withdraw at any time.

We are looking for a female roommate, ideally a student or in training and approximately our age, who wants to build a cozy and pleasant shared apartment life with us.

Most importantly, we want you to be reliable, uncomplicated, and considerate, feel at home, and also value a cozy and clean apartment.
