I am looking for a tenant from October 1st or earlier. A visit is possible quickly and flexibly.
It is a 3.5 room apartment at Pulvermühlestrasse 32 in Chur. It is nice, bright and very quiet. It is well connected to the rest of the city. There are shopping opportunities (Lidl, Rossmann, Aldi, Müller, Coop Pronto, Migrolino) a stone's throw away and the bus stops of line 2 are also located right next door. The line will be expanded in December. In the courtyard of the building, there are also swings/sandboxes, etc. for small children.
The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub.
In the apartment, there is a laundry tower with washing machine/tumbler. On the large balconies, there is also enough space for drying racks.
The apartment has two balconies (one of them partially covered). Both have a wonderful view. One has morning sun, the other has a lot of sun during the day (ideal for drying laundry and for balcony plants).
The kitchen offers plenty of space for all who like to cook. The equipment includes a modern oven, dishwasher, and an induction stove.
A separate room can be separated with sliding doors. Has proven to be ideal as a room for the home office.
The bedroom is large and has direct access to a WC/bathtub.
