Beautiful, modern, bright and fully renovated apartment about a year ago.
View of the lake, quiet and friendly neighborhood!
Quiet location, but only 15 minutes from the Flon neighborhood and the metro on foot. The bus lines 2, 4 and 21 are near the apartment, making it very easy to access the city center.
Close to all amenities -> Coop and Migros 3 minutes on foot, bank and post office also.
Furniture: sofa, tables and chairs, bed and mattress, built-in closets throughout the apartment with plenty of space!
Large kitchen appliances (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob).
I am also leaving my TV furniture and my bedside tables, in case someone wants to take them over (the files that take over these pieces of furniture will be preferred).
Viewings will be possible on August 28 and 29, at the latest. Time to be agreed! Also possible on the 27th, in the afternoon or early evening.
