I am looking for a tenant as of October 1st or earlier. A viewing is possible quickly and flexibly.
It's a 3.5 room apartment at Pulvermühlestrasse 32 in Chur. It's nice, bright and very quiet. It's well connected to the rest of the city. There are shopping opportunities (Lidl, Rossmann, Aldi, Müller, Coop Pronto, Migrolino) a stone's throw away and the bus stops of line 2 are also right next door. The line will even be expanded in December. In the courtyard of the building, there are also swings/sandpit etc. for small children.
The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub.
In the apartment, there is a laundry tower with washing machine/tumbler. On the large balconies, there is also enough space for laundry racks.
The apartment has two balconies (one of them partially covered). Both have a beautiful view. One has morning sun, the other has a lot of sun during the day (ideal for drying laundry and for balcony plants).
The kitchen offers a lot of space for all those who like to cook. The equipment includes a modern oven, dishwasher and induction stove.
A separate room can be separated with sliding doors. It has proven ideal as a room for the home office.
