I'm looking for a sublessee from October 1st, 2026, for a beautiful 96 m² apartment on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator in Solduno, Locarno.
The apartment is in a very convenient location, close to all major amenities, including shops, bus stops, schools, and other amenities.
The apartment consists of:
- Spacious living room with balcony
- 2 bedrooms
- separate, habitable kitchen with balcony
- main bathroom with bathtub and washing machine
- second bathroom
- basement
It's a very bright, spacious, and well-insulated apartment, ideal for both summer and winter.
In 2025, the building's external thermal insulation was realized, while the apartment was renovated before our arrival, with new windows, kitchen, and
bathroom.
Pets are not allowed.
Rent 1200 CHF + 140 CHF monthly expenses. Settlement at the end of the year.
Additionally, 2 covered outdoor parking spaces are available, currently rented by us, at a cost of CHF 70 per month each.
