Hello.
I am renting a furnished shared room immediately. It can also be rented without furniture for 600.-. There is NO balcony and living room available. The kitchen, bathroom, and corridor are available for all to use. Since we are already 3 polite men (25/42/53), I am renting the room only to a non-smoking woman (preferably with a stable income, not receiving social welfare).
An outdoor parking space is currently available for 50.-.
The deposit for the keys is 600.-.
The kitchen, bathroom, corridor, and 1 room are cleaned 1x a week by a cleaning lady. If desired, you can also have your room cleaned. You will have to pay for this yourself (30.-/h).
I do not want DAILY alcohol/drug consumption. Addiction problems are private matters. But in this shared room, it is disturbing for everyone. Since mostly addicted people have problems following rules (e.g., men urinating while sitting or not taking off their shoes in front of the door).
It's best if you just come by and take a look.
