Room in Horgen available from 1 October

The room is located on the ground floor and has a large window with a view of the greenery. The rent is 827 Fr. including ancillary costs. Additionally, there are costs for electricity, waste disposal, and Serafe, which are divided among the flatmates. Some furniture can be taken over if desired. The room can be taken over as a sublet.

The apartment was built in 2021 and has a living room, an open kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a toilet and shower or bathtub, and a separate toilet. There is also a basement compartment. Two washing machines are shared with the neighbors.

The shared flat is located in a neighborhood with social and ecological goals. Interaction with the neighborhood is desired but not mandatory. There is also a community garden, individual beds, rentable e-bikes, a fitness room, and Mobility cars right next door. Private car ownership is not allowed according to the rental agreement.

With public transportation, you can reach Horgen train station in about 5 minutes and the forest with a mountain lake and Vita parcours in about 20 minutes.

We are often busy with work, leisure, and hobbies, but we still enjoy meeting in the kitchen in the evening. We have a weekly schedule with changing tasks. We are open-minded and sociable, but we also value our alone time.

We are looking for a flatmate from 1 October for at least 6 months, who is orderly, reliable, and independent, ideally with existing shared flat experience.

It's nice if you appreciate your free space, but at the same time, you also enjoy eating together, doing something, or just chatting in the kitchen when it comes up.
