We (Dr. Luca, 25, Gabriel, 30, and Lionel, 27) are looking for a new roommate for our 4-person shared apartment in Sulgenauquartier. The ideal candidate should be between 22 and 35 years old and be able to move in around September 7th or October 2026. The apartment is located on the 4th floor (with a small elevator) and has a total living area of 160m2 (spread over 2 floors). The Bern train station is about a 10-15 minute walk away, and the Sulgenau tram/bus stop is about 2 minutes away. Next to the apartment, there is a Coop and a bit further away, an Aldi.

The room is 15m2 in size. The apartment is very spacious, has 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and a very cozy and large rooftop terrace. Additionally, the apartment has a separate storage room and a private laundry room with a washing tower. The rent would be around 979.-/month, and the rental deposit would be 3 months' rent.

About us:
We are a very open-minded shared apartment, always up for fun ideas, whether it's a 50km hike at 2 am, a quick jump into the Aare after work, or simply cooking together at night (or each doing their own thing). We are not a purpose-driven shared apartment, but we value being autonomous and respectful of each other's space. It's possible that we might not see each other often if we're all busy, but when we are together, it's always a good time. And when we're in the apartment, it's totally fine to have conversations about anything, but if someone wants to be alone, that's always respected. Basically, we're super chill and don't have any must-do trips. We're also quite sporty, so if you're looking for someone to spontaneously join you for a sports session or just hang out, you're in the right place :D

I'm Luca, 25, and I grew up in Bern.
I finished my studies in social work this summer.
In my free time, I like to play and watch sports, especially shooting.

Gabriel:
I'm Gabriel, 30, and originally from Eastern Switzerland.
I work in economic development in Bern.
In my free time, I like to do sports, and I'm currently into CrossFit or BJJ.
In the summer, I like to be outdoors and, if possible, go to the Aare or go hiking or paragliding.

Lionel:
I'm Lionel, 27, and currently doing my internship for my future career.
In the summer, I like to be outdoors, whether it's an adventure, sports, or just relaxing on the rooftop terrace with a matcha latte.
I love playing board games or social games, and I'm always up for a conversation about any topic, spontaneous adventures, and/or sports.
