Hello. I'm renting a furnished shared room immediately. It can also be rented without furniture for 600.-. There is NO balcony available. The kitchen, bathroom, and corridor are shared by all. Since we already have 3 polite men (25/42/53), I'm renting the room only to a non-smoking woman. The apartment needs a bit of a female touch.
An outdoor parking space is currently available for 50.-.
The kitchen, bathroom, corridor, and 1 room are cleaned once a week by a cleaning lady. If desired, you can also have your room cleaned. You have to pay for it yourself (30.-/h).
It's best if you just come by and take a look.
