We are looking for a subtenant from September, ideally from mid-August, for our beautiful 2.5-room apartment in Allschwil.
Apartment details:
-65 m²
-2.5 rooms
-Own washing machine and dryer
-Large bathroom with bathtub and shower
Equipment:
-Attic
-Large, open living and dining area with kitchen
-Bedroom with large sliding doors
-Small storage space above the bedroom
-Large balcony
-Own cellar compartment (approx. 4 m²)
-Parking space available (CHF 150/month)
-Large hobby room (approx. 24 m², CHF 180/month) - additional option
-Mobile De'Longhi Pinguino air conditioner with exhaust hose to the balcony
Rent: CHF 1,790 per month including ancillary costs.
Location: The apartment is located in a quiet and green area in Allschwil. The tram stop Ziegelei (line 6) is only 2 minutes' walk away and offers a direct connection to the Basel city center. Migros, municipal administration, post office, bakery, and a park are within a 5-minute walk. The EuroAirport Basel can be reached by public transport in about 25 minutes.
The administration is uncomplicated and the neighborhood is very friendly. Pets are allowed after consultation with the administration.
If desired, we can also sell some furniture, including a large IKEA PAX wardrobe (perfectly fitting under the sloping ceiling), a dining table with chairs, a kitchen island, a sofa, and other furniture.
Important note: The final decision on the rental is made by the administration after reviewing the usual application documents. We cannot therefore guarantee the apartment.
For orientation: This was our first apartment in Switzerland - we had neither a Swiss rental nor credit history at the time and were still accepted without any problems.
