Currently active and benefiting from the support of the RI, I am looking for a studio or a 2.5-room apartment without furniture in the Montreux, Lausanne, Pully, Renens, Prilly, Malley and surrounding areas for a move-in on December 1st.
About my search:
Type of property: 1 to 2.5 rooms (unfurnished)
Budget: Between 800.- and 1100.- CHF (including charges)
Appreciated criteria: Proximity to public transport, with balcony or access to an outdoor space if possible.
I am serious, calm and careful, and I have all the necessary documents for the file (identity papers, certificate of the office of prosecutions without any prosecution, income certificates / RI guarantees).
