The room includes:
a wardrobe, a desk, a single bed. Pillows, sheets, duvet, and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped (large refrigerator/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, equipment for daily needs for eating and cooking).
Bathroom and shower are equipped.
Washing machine/dryer in the laundry room in the basement of the house.
Usual equipment: hair dryer, iron, ironing board available.

The atmosphere in the apartment is quiet and respectful (3 furnished rooms = maximum 3 students).

Visits are not allowed for reasons of insurance coverage and security for all tenants of the apartment and the house.
