From September 1st, a room in my 3.5-room apartment in Ebikon will become available.
I am looking for a reliable, respectful, and uncomplicated roommate who wants to stay long-term and values a pleasant living together.
You will share the spacious 3.5-room apartment with only one other person, ideal if you are looking for a quiet shared apartment with a lot of privacy.
The room and the apartment
The apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a spacious living and dining area. In total, only two people live in the apartment, so there is enough peace and quiet.
Additionally, the apartment has two terraces, a basement, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Behind the house, there is a courtyard. The house has a pleasant, family-friendly atmosphere and is very quiet.
The room is unfurnished. If you don't have your own furniture or need help with the setup, I'll be happy to help you find a suitable solution.
I am 36 years old, a non-smoker, and originally from Croatia. I work full-time in the food industry and have a master's degree in agricultural sciences.
I work in shifts and am often on the road in my free time. Currently, I am also in further education.
In my free time, I like to go to the gym, play football, travel, cook, and spend time in nature.
I value cleanliness, mutual respect, and open communication. Everyone should have their own space and privacy, but at the same time, I also appreciate a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
What I'm looking for
I'm looking for a non-smoker with a fixed income who wants to live in the apartment long-term.
What's important to me is reliability, cleanliness, and a respectful interaction with each other. Nationality or profession doesn't matter to me - what's crucial is that we get along well and both feel at home.
