The apartment benefits from a very good location and a particularly advantageous rent for Nyon. Given the price and location, it is likely to sell very quickly.

* Copy of an identity document and/or residence permit
* Recent extract from the debt collection register
* 3 last pay slips
* Employment contract or employer's certificate
* Certificate of private liability insurance / household insurance, the owner will prefer complete files.
* Any additional documents
Please come with a complete file during the visit, so that I can forward it directly to the administration.
Given the very advantageous rent and location, only complete files will be forwarded to the administration.

The apartment and the neighborhood
Through apartment with a lot of charm and a small Parisian spirit: view of the Grande-Rue and the Nyon market on Saturday morning on one side, and on the kitchen side, view of the neighbors' kitchens and the life of the building.
Everything is nearby: excellent Italian delicatessen downstairs, Russian grocery store, very good restaurant across the street, shops, shopping and new addresses like matcha bars or a New York cookie bakery.
About 6 minutes walk from the train station and the lake, with Geneva about 15 minutes and Lausanne about 20 minutes by train.
