From September 1st, 2026, or by mutual agreement, I (CH, female, 44) rent out a very nice, quiet, unfurnished room (approx. 12m2) to a weekly boarder (exclusively Monday to Friday, non-smoker). The room has a great lake view. Additionally, you have access to a separate toilet. You are allowed to use the bathroom and kitchen.
Migros, Coop, and the train station are within 3 minutes, the lake is within 5 minutes. You can reach Zurich Stadelhofen in 12 minutes by train.
I'm looking for a sympathetic, quiet, and considerate tenant.
The room is ideal for someone who works in Zurich during the week and appreciates a fixed retreat with a personal atmosphere.
The rent depends on the number of nights you stay in the room per week: CHF 600 - 750 including utilities.
I look forward to a brief introduction (days per week, living situation).
