Description
We are: 2 ETH Students and 1 Univeristy Zürich student. One ETH student for mechanical engineering will move out at the end of August 2026. Therefore we are looking for 1 simple and nice students or a couple/expats/ trainees/phd students/post docs.

About the location:
20min to Google, 15 min walk to IBM Center. It is 300m away from Adliswil Railway station. 16 min with S-train from Adliswil Station to Zürich main station (for the moment 20min as S4 is in renovation till 19.Oct 2026). 25min-30min to ETH and University Zürich. 10 min to Thawil and Kilchberg.
300m to other Coop, Migros, and Denner super markets.Denner is on the same street, ca. 200m. Post, Bank, are also there within 400m. Café, bakery, Restaurants, Pizzeria are just in the corner within 200m. It is very central. The public transportation is very convenient. The bus stop is directly in front of the house. Swimming pool, tennis place, football place, Cable car in the mountains are also there.
It is a small village with a lot of green on one hand, on the other hand within 10 minutes you are in the city... Really nice

The room is furnished with two rooms and a big double bed, mattress (160*200cm), table, chair, cupboard. Kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, etc. 3 people share 1 Bath/WC, one extra bathroom on the stairways. One kitchen for the this floor and the floor above. Garden is available. Laundry is in the basement. Parking is available.
Benefits:
Students who are living here will get 20% discount by Pizzeria Fulmine (very good Pizzeria!) in the corner. And get 15% discount Take-away by Chinese Restaurant Hei Fung which is just over the Sihl (Very good Chinese Restaurant ;)).
