The bright and cozy living/dining area is comfortably furnished and has an adjacent balcony. The kitchen has everything you need. The apartment is 2 minutes walk from the University of Technology and Architecture. The train station is 5 minutes away (9 minutes to Lucerne) and the bus stop is 2 minutes away. By bike, you can reach the city center of Lucerne in 20 minutes.
Shopping opportunities (e.g. Pilatusmarkt) are also nearby, as well as the village center. The lake is 5 minutes away, as well as the nearby green area.
Pets are not allowed and as a non-smoker, it's a better fit in the shared apartment :)
