Shared use of living room (Sat-TV, Joyn, Blu-Ray, internet radio, Spotify), dining room, kitchen (dishwasher, induction, steamer, oven, microwave, egg cooker, toaster, water boiler, deep fryer, Oskar kitchen machine), shower, toilet, laundry room (washing machine, dryer, drying room, Stewi in front of the house), garden terrace, WLAN, 3 parking spaces, 1 mountain bike.
For general expenses, we have a shared apartment fund.
