About us:

We are a cooperative and are looking for open, communicative residents who appreciate the tolerant coexistence and the generation mix within our community. We are pleased if you would like to actively contribute to the life of the cooperative.

The property:

Our settlement at Genossenschaftsstrasse 1–13 in Muttenz is centrally located, close to the campus of the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland and the Polyfeld Muttenz. The Muttenz train station, a bus stop, and shopping facilities are within walking distance.

The apartments:

We rent, by arrangement, a 3-room apartment with approximately 75 square meters on the 3rd floor without an elevator.

A second, identical apartment on the 1st floor without an elevator at Genossenschaftsstrasse 13 is also available for rent.

• Spacious, bright living room with a small balcony (apartment on the 1st floor with a bay window)

• 2 bedrooms (one with a built-in closet)

• New kitchen (renovation completed at the end of 2025)

• New bathroom (renovation completed at the end of 2025)

• Large balcony with 13 square meters, overlooking the garden

• Basement compartment

• Laundry room/drying room for shared use

If you have not received an invitation to view the apartment from us by August 28, 2026, we unfortunately could not consider your application.

Rental conditions

Prior to moving in, a rent deposit in the amount of three months' rent must be deposited into a tenant deposit account. This will be converted into cooperative capital at a later time. We cannot accept rent guarantee insurance or similar models.

Pets:

Dogs are not allowed in our settlements. Apartment cats are permitted; the installation of a cat net requires approval.
