Our completely renovated apartment offers you a high-quality living solution, whether you are in the region for professional reasons, need a temporary solution, or are simply looking for a comfortable accommodation with full equipment.

The apartment was extensively modernized in autumn 2024 and furnished with great attention to detail. It combines thoughtful comfort with a cozy ambiance, ideal for all those who value quality, flexibility, and well-being.

It has a separate bedroom with two single beds (each 90x200 cm), which can be combined into a double bed on request. The spacious sofa bed in the living area (160x200 cm, with slatted frame) offers space for two more people. For families with small children, a baby bed is also available.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a oven, dishwasher, freezer, Nespresso machine with milk frother, water cooker, toaster, soda steamer, and much more. A washing machine with integrated dryer is also available to make longer stays comfortable.

A reserved outdoor parking space is located directly in front of the house (marked with LEBENSWERK Home). The apartment is a non-smoking accommodation, dogs are welcome. Towels and bed linen are provided.

Thanks to its central location, you can reach the center of Kreuzlingen within 10 minutes on foot. The German city of Konstanz, the Lake Constance shore, and the train station are also within walking distance to the apartment. You can also quickly reach the highway towards Zurich, St. Gallen, and Stuttgart by car.

Several good and varied restaurants and bars are also within walking distance. The Lake Constance region offers many cultural, sports, and family-friendly excursion destinations.

Kreuzlingen is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling enthusiasts. If you want to climb some of the Alpine peaks, not just admire them from the lake, you can quickly reach suitable starting points for hikes in the Appenzell Alps, such as Brülisau, Alt Sankt Johann, or Wasserauen.
