I'm looking for a new roommate for our beautiful 4-person shared apartment in the Bruchquartier. One room will be available at the end of August. It's a great old building apartment in a central location.

The room is 18m2 with large windows and great old-building charm. The rent is 920.-/month, including additional costs, internet, TV, and a cleaning service for the common rooms.

Large apartment with a shared kitchen, stove, and 2 bathrooms
Garden seating area with grill.
About us:
You will be living with Jenny (30, teacher), Federico (30, self-employed), and Lynn (27, veterinarian). We are all busy, appreciate a quiet atmosphere, good conversations in the kitchen, and occasionally enjoy our peace. Cleanliness is important to us.
About you:
You are between 24 and 35 years old, open, uncomplicated, and like to live respectfully together.
