We are: We are a newly formed shared accommodation and currently live with four people in a beautiful Flarzhaus with a garden on the Rebberg in Stäfa. We are still in the process of getting settled and designing our shared home.

It's important to us that everyone feels comfortable and can contribute their ideas and needs. We value considerate coexistence, are happy to be there for each other, and at the same time, each person has enough space for themselves and their own privacy.

We mainly cook vegetarian and vegan food. In addition to the garden and kitchen, we also share a cozy living room, laundry room, workshop, and attic.

Currently, one room is still available, possibly two, which could also be used as an office (from August or by arrangement, flexible).

We're looking for: A woman between 25-45.

The room: The room is on the ground floor with 3 large windows facing the garden.
(The room is 740.- + 120.- utilities. Deposit).

Nearby: 5 minutes on foot is a farm shop with great vegetables. Migros and Coop, as well as Seidenhof Broki and the Kulturhaus Rössli, are further down at the station, about 20 minutes on foot or also accessible by bus. A bike is worthwhile. ;)
