Our student shared apartment is located in the lively Welschdörfli quarter and has a perfect location. Not far from the train station (10' on foot or 5' by public transport) and the old town. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a multi-family house and has a beautiful view of the mountains towards Arosa, where the sun also rises in the morning.

Our shared apartment is looking for a new roommate for our third room (approx. 10m²) in our 4.5-room apartment.
The room is furnished and available for rent from 01.09.2026.

We are two open-minded students and would be happy to have another person join us.
