I am transferring my lease for a bright, furnished room of 21m² in a shared accommodation with 4 people in Lonay, (No couples)

Description :

• furnished single room, 21m², with a large wardrobe with shelves and clothes rack, bed 110x200cm, desk, nightstand.

• Shared access to bathrooms (2 bathrooms, one bathroom for 2 people with bathtub and shower), kitchen, living room and a huge terrace with a view of Mont Blanc.

• Laundry room with washing machine and dryer (for a fee, but affordable).

Practical details :

• Monthly rent : CHF 1'100.- including utilities

• Parking space : CHF 100.-

• Rent guarantee : CHF 3'300.- SwissCaution or other

• Takeover of the lease under the same conditions, from 15.09.2026

• The current lease is valid until 31.05.2027 (then tacitly renewable from year to year)

Viewings and documents

The viewings will take place from August 15th, by appointment.

To arrange a time slot, please send me a message with the following information :

• Name, first name and professional situation (employer, type of contract)

• Confirmation that you have the following documents, to be handed over on the day of the viewing :

  • Certificate of extract from the debt collection register (less than 3 months old)

  • Identity card or residence permit

  • Pay slips for the last 3 months

The monthly income should be approximately three times the rent, in accordance with the usual criteria of the agencies.

Requests that do not mention these elements cannot be considered. The submitted documents will be forwarded to the management, which is the only one authorized to validate the takeover of the lease; non-retained documents will be destroyed.
