The apartment:

We are renting a bright 3-room apartment on the 8th floor until 29.02.2028 without the possibility of extension due to renovation work.

From 2028, renovation work will be carried out in all apartments.

Preparatory work in the basement rooms will begin in spring 2027.

Dust and noise disturbances can be expected during normal working hours. For this reason, the apartment is not suitable for home office use during the construction phase.

The apartment offers the following amenities:

• large, bright living room with access to the 11m2 glazed balcony

• kitchen with electric stove

• bathroom with bathtub/WC/sink

• basement compartment

The neighborhood:

Our Sternenfeld II settlement is located near the Rhine, ideal for walks and leisure activities. A Migros branch, kindergartens, and schools are within walking distance. Bus line 80 offers a direct connection from the neighborhood to Aeschenplatz every half hour during the day.
