we are a relaxed 3-person shared apartment in Adliswil (8134) and are looking for a new roommate from September 1st, 2026.
The apartment and the room:
The room is 23 sqm and will be rented furnished (bed frame, wardrobe, table etc. are available). Please bring only a new mattress, the rest is there.
The apartment was completely renovated a few years ago and has a modern, new kitchen and a beautiful bathroom.
The apartment has three rooms, but no separate living room, which makes the rent pleasantly cheap.
Location:
Directly at Adliswil train station - you can almost step into the train in front of the house.
15 minutes to Zurich HB - perfect for working people or students who want to live centrally connected but still have their quiet spot.
Rent and utilities:
Rent: 825 CHF / month
All inclusive: electricity, SERAFE fees, internet and utility advance payment.
The annual utility bill is fairly divided by 3.
About us - the shared apartment:
We are a quiet and uncomplicated shared apartment.
I am the main tenant and am often on business trips - during the week I am there, but almost never at home on weekends.
My second roommate is a chef and also works a lot, often in the evenings.
This means: The apartment is usually quiet, everyone has their own retreat, and there is no stress. Perfect if you also work or study a lot and appreciate your peace.
Who we are looking for:
You are working or studying, have a well-groomed appearance, are reliable and respect the privacy of others. Party shared apartment is not for us, but a relaxed, friendly togetherness in the kitchen or in the hallway is naturally welcome.
