Description
I am currently alone in my well-kept 3-room apartment at Seestrasse 14 in Horgen and am looking for a roommate immediately for the free room.
The approximately 14 m² large room is unfurnished and offers enough space for your own furniture. The rest of the apartment - kitchen, living room, and bathroom - is furnished. Additionally, the basement and laundry room are available.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and impresses with its location: only a few minutes' walk to Lake Zurich, good connection to the bus network, and about 10 minutes' walk to Horgen train station.
Additional costs (electricity, water, heating, internet, Serafe) are not included in the rent and are split in half according to actual consumption. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony, and pets are unfortunately not allowed. Please discuss overnight guests with me in advance. Please note that I may not respond immediately - I am currently still on vacation. Viewing and getting to know each other is possible from August 11th.
-Non muslim- as I often cook with pork - no leftists -> no nerves for these discussions
